Bespoke conversion from a derelict granite store into a luxury 1-bed self-contained holiday let and a 2-bed new build.  An air-source heat pump provides economical underfloor heating and hot water.

Bespoke traditional style new house built for our clients on their own land in a conservation area.   Timber frame construction with locally sourced granite elevations under a natural slate roof. Over 150 granite quoins were used along with various sized granite lintels, one of which was over 3 metres long. Sliding sash windows, solid timber front door…
