Timber frame construction with locally sourced granite elevations under a natural slate roof.

Over 150 granite quoins were used along with various sized granite lintels, one of which was over 3 metres long. Sliding sash windows, solid timber front door and patio doors locally made in hardwood. Ground source underfloor heating throughout.
